I've been on BiggerPockets for about 3 or 4 years, but I have never delve into all that BiggerPockets offers until this year.  You can receive a lot of experience and education hear that I paid more expensive coaching programs for over the years.  I have been in real estate about 38 years, and I am constantly learning how to tweak my knowledge and applications.  With BiggerPockets recordings you can review things you haven't done in a while for a great refresh.  I look forward to connecting with more like minded and experienced individuals this year through this format.
