Hello. I am very eager to learn how to flip houses and create generational wealth. No experience but hoping to learn quickly.

@Taesha Shakur Hey Taesha. I always tell my clients to start with the end in mind. What is your end goal vs your immediate need?

Flipping and generational wealth don't always go hand in hand here's why:

Flipping is a good way to make income as you get paid in large sums, but the thing is it's very transactional and not a direct wealth builder. Once you stop flipping, the money stops coming in.

Wealth building is usually done through buy and hold investing but the issue there is you dont make as much in terms of cashflow

Most people start out flipping and then transition into B&H, but you may be able to save yourself the time and energy buy starting with buy & hold while working a 9 to 5.

I like books as a tool for learning vs YouTube as you can learn about more of one given topic without getting distracted but you can also partner with local flippers offer to work for them in exchange for info many need help managing multiple projects or help with their back end part of their business

To learn buy and hold cold call landlords who list their properties as for rent by owner offer to work for them in exchange for knowledge. This way you get knowledge from a person that invests in your area, they may even introduce you to valuable contacts that will help you to grow your business

Hope that helps
