Good Morning,
Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I am a full time real estate investor involved in a number of different ventures. I personally (personal company that is) own over 50 rental untis, I also sell wholesale priced properties and turn-key rentals to investors. I have 2 partners in another company who are involved in a extensive neighborhood revitalization project in Harrisburg, PA. Although I have been investing for over 3 years, I just went full time this Winter after my son was born. I was a teacher and athletic director full time before making this switch. I look forward to learning and interacting with all of you as one of my favorite past times is education and personal development.
