Certified Loan Signing Agent
I’m a 58 year old grandmother of 7. I’m healthy but not wealthy. I’m here to make valuable connections with private real estate investors who have the heart to help me with 100% financing on my first fix and flip. I’m our society we no longer live in the world where transactions were sealed on a handshake and your word was your bond for the deal. I’m struggling to find someone willing to take the chance to help me with funding. I live in a growing area where there is an abundance of rehab properties that I would love to fix and flip. I have the budget experience, dedication, and commitment to make it happen but not the funds. I’m hoping that by getting on here and making connections and building relationships overtime and through recommendations I’ll find that 1 investor willing to take a chance. We get involved with life and sometimes people forget where they started and they were in my position at one time and it took that one person to take a chance to get them started in real estate.
My end goal is to rehab and hold for passive rental income and hopefully become a 100% private investor to help people that want to flip homes but don’t have the means to start. I’ll be the means and hopefully I’ll find that in this forum.
