Hey Everyone!
My name is Nathan and I'm a loan officer at Loan Factory. I'm so glad I found this forum as I do specialize in DSCR and other commercial loans for any amount of units. I've been in the mortgage industry for a little over a year and I'm stoked about how the market is right now. No matter how tough things get, there are always people out there who need my help.
When I'm not helping investors, I'm working out, reading up on the industry, coaching other job seekers looking to get into tech sales, doing repair projects and spending time with family.
