Hi everyone! I’m Elizabeth, a Physician Assistant from Maine, diving into the world of real estate investing. I’m starting my portfolio here in Maine with plans to eventually branch out to other markets—especially into Florida airbnb market. My husband is also launching his own business, and together we’re building multiple income streams with the goal of achieving financial freedom. Ultimately, we’re working toward stepping away from the traditional 9–5 grind and creating a life on our own terms. I’m excited to learn from this community, connect with like-minded investors, and grow along the way!

For those of you who started your portfolio in one state and expanded into others—what lessons did you learn during that transition? If you’re self-employed or your spouse runs a business, how have you balanced that with your real estate goals? And as a female entrepreneur, I’m especially interested in hearing how others have managed building a portfolio while juggling a household, a full-time job, and everything in between.
