Hello everyone. My partner achieved FIRE back in 2021 and we relocated from ATL to SAV full-time around March 2021. I purchased my first solo buy and hold property with cash in 2022. I would like to grow my real estate portfolio, so I have joined the BP community. Though I am family with much of the material I never took a deep dive. Now I am taking in all that I can so that I will truly no how to thoroughly look at deals and make informed decisions. I am also learning all the different options on how to finance and obtain property. There is a lot of information but I know this is the place to learn.
