Just getting started with bigger pockets, I found them through their youtube series and found myself watching more often than not when I had a moment. Buckled down and signed up recently and adding this to my slew of places to glean information.
Currently on my 4th property, 3rd purchase, 2nd investment home. I started with a condo my family outgrew, didn't need the money so I rented it out. Purchased a home and was suppose to be on track to get investing, however life required more finances and attention at the time so hoping this time is the ramp up phase.
Just getting restarted as of April 2025, where I closed on a 2 family in Oxford where we have a decent rehab loan to bring her back to her old glory. That process is currently happening, however it is cash flowing already at $1k.
Keeping an eye on the market and hoping to have this deal done soon and transition into the BRRRR method to increase portfolio size.
