Newer REI with first 2 deals currently in progress

Aloha Everyone,  

I am new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I'm an Active Duty Army Nurse with 5 yrs left till retirement. I started really focusing on REI in Jan of 2025 and have learned a great deal from reading forums, books and listening to the BP podcast. I joined a network of investors in Apr to have a more closely connected forum to share deals and create partnerships. I am currently uunder contract with a partner in TX on a flip and signed a contract this weekend for a foreclosure property in GA that I plan to use as a STR. I have a family member in the area who will run this for me. I also partnered with a group of experienced flippers in AL as a PML covering a smallish bridge loan.

I currently have an active LLC in TX, one under review in GA and just submitted one to the Sec of State here in HI. I also decided to get my HI real estate license, since I can do it all online.

If anyone knows of any group meet ups in Oahu, I'd love to be included!!!  
I'm having so much fun learning and dabbling in REI, looking forward to the day I can hang up my uniform for the last time 🥰
