I’m a current NFL athlete with a long-standing interest in investing, and over the past few years I’ve gotten more involved in real estate, especially through hard money lending. Until now, I’ve been doing it passively or indirectly—but I’ve recently decided to go all-in and build my own private lending company, DayOne Private Capital, alongside one of my best friends and business partner who’s helped manage over $1B in hard money loans.
