Hi all!

I just moved to Cincinnati after graduating college in May. I am currently renting, but my goal is to be house hacking a multi-family home (ideally a duplex) in one years time. I am very new to real estate (engineer by trade), but really want to learn and understand the real estate world. I am open to any and all suggestions, information, and resources that would be useful for a first time investor! I look forward to networking and connecting with everyone!
