Moving from passive to active investing

Mia Blank
Posted

Howzit, everyone! I’m currently a passive investor who’s been in real estate since 2019. I’ve spent over a decade in marketing and have been educating myself for years but haven’t moved into active investing yet. Now I’m ready to step in—ideally as a deal finder or capital raiser. Focused on the Southeast market and mainly interested in syndications, especially apartment buildings. Excited to learn, connect, and get that first deal!
