Hello everyone! My name is Sergio. I am here to grow in my new journey into real estate. I'm starting as a wholesaler and I've yet to get my first deal but have learned so much thus far. I understand most of what im doing but need a bit of guidance in regards to title companies. How do i choose who i work with? When do I involve a title company? What paperwork should i have? Etc. Please feel free to share any knowledge, books, videos or resources you'd like.

Hello Sergio,

I hope you're doing great. That is exciting to hear you're getting started on your journey into real estate as a wholesaler. Generally, we would recommend checking to see which title companies or agents have good reputations in helping with wholesalers specifically. You can research properties you have heard that were wholesaled and/or look up reviews to get a list before starting to contact them. We would recommend having your wholesale agreement ready and polished so that if they ask to see it you can provide them a copy.
