Hi! I'm Francois and though I've had an account with BiggerPockets for years I haven't used it and I wasn't ready to invest. After many years of healing, work, and rebuilding I feel like I'm getting to the point where I'm almost ready to invest. 

I haven't decided whether I'm interested in Buy & Hold or BRRRR. I don't know enough to know the Pros and Cons for each.

I hoping to learn and to take action within two years towards getting my first investment property. I look forward to learning from you all.
