Hey everyone,

I have been creeping around on the forums and I have decided to register and start posting and asking questions. I am 19 years young and I am a sophomore at Ole Miss. My major is Real Estate and I'm very excited to learn more and more about this industry.

I have for some reason always been intrested in Real Estate, especially the commercial aspects and "flipping houses". I hope to gain alot of info from you veterans.
