Hello everyone,

I got into real estate 7 years ago but I've just been collecting knowledge and not so sure as to what route I should take. I am in pursuit of my MBA and interested in construction management but in the meantime I have been looking into real estate investing. I came across wholesaling and it was more ideal for me being a student without much capital. 

I would find motivated sellers often as well as buyers but I wasn't really able to pair the two. I've bought lists, went through county records, cold called but would always suddenly stop, feeling overwhelmed. The one thing I haven't done was really reach out and try to build a community.

I am hoping to gain enough experience and capital to eventually be able to do fix and flips and even becoming a landlord. I am open to any advice especially if you're familiar with the NYC/NJ/NY area. Thank you.
