Hi BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Jacek Rabicki, and I’m just getting started on my journey into real estate investing. I’ll be the first to admit I’m brand new to this world. I don’t have deals under my belt (yet), but I do have a strong drive to learn, take action, and grow.

I’ve been spending time listening to the BiggerPockets podcast, reading blog posts, and soaking up as much knowledge as I can. But I know that real progress comes from taking action—and ideally, learning from those who’ve already walked the path. I’m currently looking for a mentor or someone willing to offer guidance as I take my first steps. Whether it’s advice on how to analyze deals, structure my first investment, or simply avoid common beginner mistakes, I’m eager to listen, learn, and provide value in return however I can.

If you’re open to sharing your experience or pointing me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially interested the Augusta, GA area, but I’m open to learning from anyone.
