CTO at Seaglex – Building tools for real estate data & sentiment analysis
Hi all, I’m the founder/CTO of Seaglex Software.
We’ve built tools in the past for firms supplying data to JLL, Cushman, and others.
Right now I’m working on something experimental — a dashboard that tracks real estate sentiment by city/region, using text analytics from news and reports.
I’m not an investor myself, but I’d love to understand whether tools like this could be useful to people here. Always open to ideas or honest opinions.
