New to the forum and to real estate investing. Currently based in the Phoenix market but looking to invest where it make sense. I would like to gather as much information as I study markets, properties, understand how to build a team (contractors, finance and maintenance). Mostly looking to learn the basics. Thanks looking forward to learning with you.
