New to Bigger Pockets

Hello everyone!

I am new to real estate and am looking to start buying small multifamily real estate in Minnesota. I would like to start learning more about creative financing methods and how to use them in various situations. Are there any good resources that anyone would recommend? Does everyone have a real estate attorney that they work with when doing creative financing? I have joined a real estate investor meet-up that meets once a month near me. It has been good for networking and getting to know the individual investors that are in my area.

Hey @Tim Pickle, welcome to the BP Forum! What is your definition of "creative"?
