Newbie from Des Moines

Hi guys,

My name is Roland Thompson and i'm a new investor here in the Des Moines Area. I was born in New Orleans, LA and went to college in Joplin, MO. My goal is to start doing some wholesale deals and use that experience to buy a rental property by the end of next year. 5 years from now I hope to become a professional rehabber since there is so much growth in the Des Moines Area.
