New Subscriber Introduction

Hello Fellow Bigger Pockets Contributors,

I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Luke Feliciano and I am both a mortgage lender and aspiring real estate investor. 

I joined using a business account in an effort to help educate on financial strategies for buying investment properties. However, I also want to dive deeper into investment strategies for the future. 

That being said, I am excited to be a part of the forum chats and provide helpful insights. I'd love to connect with any local real estate professionals in my area (Cincinnati).
