Hi All,

I joined up BP!

I bought up a home in Dayton, Ohio for ourselves which we ended up keeping as a rental property for the last 4 yrs. House is currently under a 3 year lease and I was thinking at refinancing it.

I wanted to know if anyones can recommend lenders for investment rental properties. Also any experience in HELOC loans? I was thinking about paying off the house but wanted to have HELOC for I can have access to the equity. What are the rules, rates and limits for rental properties.
