First Time Investor - Strategy: House Hacking + Live-In/BRRRR
My thought was to combine strategies as much as possible to make cashflow work in the Atlanta market.
I bought my first investment property as a split level house, 4 bed, 3 bath. Upstairs is 3 bed, 2 bath, living room and kitchen. Downstairs is 1 bed, 1 bath, two car garage, 1 storage room, laundry room.
My plan with the house is to rent the bedroom/bathroom down stairs and fix the garage up to be a living room & kitchen (but keep the garage doors to keep it a single family and simply renting a room/suite).
Thoughts?
