Hi everyone,

I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets community! My name is Carlos, and I'm a filmmaker/investor based in Los Angeles with deep roots in El Paso, Texas. By trade, I direct films and run a production company, but over the last year I've also stepped back into real estate investing— re-joining my family business, Veracious Real Estate Investing LLC, as we work to grow it from a small, deal-by-deal operation into something much bigger.

Just to share some of my current focus areas:

• - Building a portfolio in El Paso (accessible price points and value-add opportunities)
• - Exploring cinematic/creative property investments in Los Angeles (unique homes that can also serve as filming locations)
• - Learning advanced creative financing & exit strategies, especially seller financing and deal-by-deal syndication

I’m here to connect with other investors, learn from those who’ve scaled successfully, and share my own perspective—especially in blending creative industries with real estate.
