Hi all,

My name is Mikey. I am living in Salt Lake City, Utah. I work full time as an electrical engineer. I am new to real estate investing but my wife and I just bought a house with a basement ADU. We are thinking of doing a short term rental but are open to a long term rental also. Excited to be apart of the community and excited to learn more about real estate investment.
