New Real Estate Agent
Hi Everyone,
I’m based in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area and work as a real estate agent focusing on investment properties. Most of my day-to-day involves helping investors identify distressed single-family homes that work well as flips or buy-and-hold rehabs.
I primarily work with cash and hard money buyers, so I spend a lot of time analyzing deals through the investor's lens, considering ARV, rehab costs, and what actually makes sense in today's market.
I joined BiggerPockets to connect with other local investors, share what I’m seeing in the Tampa/St. Pete market, and learn from those of you who are running successful flips and rental projects.
