I am 22 years old and currently live in Tampa, and I'm looking to make my first real estate investment soon. I'm looking to learn from someone who has experience flipping houses, preferably in the Tampa area, but I'm open to learning from anyone. I have already started reaching out to a few agents and lenders to start growing my network. Any tips or guidance to help me through the process of my first deal are greatly appreciated!

Hello, 

I am a recent college graduate and am looking to learn more about investing in real estate and make my first investment in the Tampa Bay area. I want to do a house flip or short-term rental. I am looking for guidance, help finding deals, how to analyze rehabs, and how I can go about financing a deal once I find it. Thanks!
