Looking to learn from a more experienced investor
I am 22 years old and currently live in Tampa, and I'm looking to make my first real estate investment soon. I'm looking to learn from someone who has experience flipping houses, preferably in the Tampa area, but I'm open to learning from anyone. I have already started reaching out to a few agents and lenders to start growing my network. Any tips or guidance to help me through the process of my first deal are greatly appreciated!
