Newbie Here and Ready to Start!
I am getting myself ready to jump into the REI journey. I am most interested in fix and flip, short and long term rentals. I will be starting with a fix and flip. I am doing my homework and getting my ducks in a row. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I am in the Western Massachusetts area and I will be starting the journey in that area. I would love to eventually do REI in Puerto Rico. If anyone is already working in that area would love advice.
