UK Investor Focused on Florida – Starting Fresh

Hi everyone,

My name’s Jake, I’m based in the UK, and I’m building my business in U.S. real estate with a focus on Florida. I’ve had to reset and start from the ground up, but I see that as an opportunity to learn this business the right way from day one.

My primary focus right now is generating motivated seller leads (probate, pre-foreclosure, distressed, tired landlords) and building relationships with serious buyers who want consistent deal flow. I’m very interested in connecting with Florida wholesalers, flippers, and hedge fund-backed buyers who are actively doing deals.
