Total newb from Nashville
I'm a 25 yr old entrepreneur in Nashville who is very motivated. I currently work a full time job while managing a 3 year old eBay business that did over a million in sales last year with 3 employees. Have been interested in real estate investment for some time and feel I am around a year away from being ready to make a purchase. Looking for any help at all. I have very limited knowledge of real estate so I will be soaking up info from members here like a sponge. Looking for long term benefit as I feel Nashville will be a top market in coming years.
