Hello Richmonders, just a quick hello to introduce myself and a brief bio below.
Service over Self is my business motto. I am an experienced TOP PRODUCING realtor (#1 producing agent 5 years running in my company of 150+ agents and a Top 1% agent region-wide selling over 20MM in volume annually) looking to expand my network and investor client database in and around the Richmond VA real estate market. I am a retired 20 year veteran first responder right here in the area and I know the areas better than about anyone. Not only do I own investment properties myself, I have represented MANY different kinds of real estate investors over the years. I focus on the relationship part of the business, and generally have built my book of business the "right" way - through referrals from past clients and my sphere of influence.
