New to BP - Searching for 1st Opportunity
This is my first BP post, and plan to get my feet wet soon in real estate investing. I will be searching in the Toledo OH area, and have found BP to be a excellent resource of information. Preapproved, with cash available for the 20% down payment - now just scouring for the right property to start with. Will be looking for a single family to buy/hold. Would love to chat with anyone experienced in the Toledo area. I also look forward to sharing the journey with the BP community!
