Intro from the best town in America
Hello all, my name is Scott Dillard and I would like to introduce myself to the community. I live in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. I am a commercial Real Estate agent, a flipper, and a deal maker. I've gained a wealth of knowledge from the BP podcasts and I am excited to get engaged in this online community. I am interested in everything to do with Real Estate. I currently use hard money to buy and flip value add properties, along with my traditional brokerage services. My original goal was go buy and hold everything, but I quickly realized that was very expensive.
I came to BP to increase my knowledge base and network. I am currently very interested in creating commercial passive income properties and my first posts will probably be about this topic. I look forward to being apart of the community.
