Novice investor help needed
Hey BP forum So I own 2 rental properties one I bought 15 years ago just believing in what real estate can do for my family and one I was inherited from my Grandparents. So I don't feel like I'm an investor due never really doing anything as far as flipping or BRRR's fast forward to now I've gained some equity in the property I bought 15 years ago and just pulled HELOC out for 100k now I'm stuck in analysis paralysis and don't know what to do. Buy cash get DSCR loan or conventional I'm not the best at running analysis to see if deal works been using Chat GPT to analyze but still kind of not know what route to take please some help I want to build my portfolio for the next 10 years and maybe retired my job
