Greetings BP community! I've been learning a lot about investing in real estate as I am a Real Estate Agent in NYC. I have read the BP guide to investing and saw the forums so came here to explore what others have learned from their endeavors in the RE world. I would one day like to become a developer myself and found myself along this path.
