Exploring real estate investing

Marisa Nack
Posted

Hello! I'm new to this forum. I live out of the country (Mexico). I've done some real estate investing in raw land in Mexico, but I do not have the capital to develop the lots yet. I'd like to explore the USA market, to make money on short-term rentals and build equity. I am still a USA citizen and pay full taxes; my income flows from the USA. I'm here to learn about how much capital I will need, growing or reliable rental markets, lending, remote property management, and more! I'm open to investing anywhere in the USA. I have been exploring programs that assist with this, but they are very expensive
