Lender and Investor Intro!
Hey everyone, I’m Dave Stephens — a mortgage broker based in AZ (licensed in 25+ states). I help homebuyers and investors structure financing that supports both their short-term goals and long-term wealth building.
Outside of lending, I’m also an active real estate investor myself. I’ve learned firsthand how financing strategy can make or break a deal — especially when it comes to cash flow, leverage, and scaling efficiently.
