Fixer-upper & Multi-Family Housing

Hello! I am new to the Bigger Pockets Community! My husband and I own a single family house in Lake Havasu City, that we are looking to either rent or sell ASAP. We are looking to buy a multi-family home in the Twin Cities area. I'd love advice from someone who has bought homes in multiple markets, specifically those two. Our first house is definitely a fixer-upper, and we are in the process of renovation.
