Eager to begin! Santa Barbara/San Francisco area

Hello! My name is Will Stanton, I currently am pursuing a computer engineering degree here in Santa Barbara. While I do want to continue in the field of engineering I can't help but feel like my time is currently passing with out myself making any progress on where I want to be in life. I want to get into real estate and make it big. I understand this takes continuous hard work and am willing to put in the time and effort to succeed in such a field. My only problem is that I have no idea where to start. My income is limited as a college student who supports himself and my experience in the field is very limited. But where I lack in experience I gain in my ability to quickly learn and apply. I would have to start here in Santa Barbara and would like to continue later on in San Francisco where I would finish school and continue both of my careers. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated in helping a young, eager, and motivated 22 year old into a path of success and fortune!

@Will Stanton I'm currently working on my sales agent license. I got the online course from Chamberlin Real Estate School. it about $300 bucks but if you have the time throw it in with your studies its a self paced course.

Once your done they have a weekend crash course to help you pass the final exam.

Good luck! I feel the same way as you I'm a bit older but as long as you have the will there is a way. ;)
