Excited to learn

Patrick Sullivan
Posted

Hello Everyone,

My name is Pat. I was introduced to BP by a friend of mine who has been investing in real estate for the last several years. I read Craig Curelop's "House Hacking Strategy" book last month and am hoping to learn more from this site.

I have been renting since I graduated from undergrad in 2014 and am looking to start buying real estate.

I am excited to learn about house hacking in the Greater Boston area if anyone has any tips, I'd be keen to learn!

Thank you,

Pat

Hi welcome @Patrick Sullivan!! My advice...Start running numbers on small multifamilies to get familiar with local prices and rents, and connect with agents or investors who’ve done house hacks nearby, they can save you time and help you spot the right deal faster.
