New Member Introduction - Nate Edwards
Hi Everyone,
I am a new member and I would like to introduce myself here in this thread. I have been working for a RE company for the last 4 years and I believe this would be a good place to sound board some ideas and get some great feedback from folks in the space outside of my own little "bubble". I am most familiar with SFR/Small Multifamily investments in the Midwest (Cleveland, St.Louis, Birmingham) and the West Coast (where I currently am). From my experience, there is nothing that beats out a great team and network of vendors, sellers, agents, counsel, pms, etc.
Curious about market research and what folks are experiencing in similar areas of investments. Always looking to learn and to improve.
