Hello my name is Zaid and I am 21 years old. I’m new to BiggerPockets and super excited to start my real estate journey. Right now, I work in manufacturing, but I know it’s not something I want to do long-term. I’ve always wanted to build something bigger for myself something that gives me more freedom and purpose.

I’m ready to take on the challenges that come with learning real estate and eventually investing in properties. I’m here to soak up as much knowledge as I can and connect with people who’ve been where I’m trying to go.

If anyone has book recommendations, podcasts, or beginner steps that helped you get started, I’d really appreciate it. I’m open to advice and always looking to learn from people with experience.

Hey @Zaid Jara, from my experience, the best thing you can do right now is start analyzing deals just for practice. Learn how rent, expenses, and cash flow work. Stay consistent and keep networking with investors.
