New to Charlotte
Hello all!
My name is Kaitlyn Smith and I just recently moved to the Charlotte area. I'm 21 years old and I'm ready to start my real estate investing career. I'm in the process of obtaining my real estate license. I also have some capital, but I've heard so many times to not use little to none of your own money. If there is anyone who will be willing to mentor me or give me any suggestions then that would be great!
