Hey everyone!

I just made the move to the Nashville area, and I’m excited to get involved in the local real estate community after selling all my rentals and my personal home in Minnesota.

A little about me:
I worked as an HVAC service technician for the past five years; now I’m looking to pivot into real estate full-time here in Tennessee.

I previously held my real estate license in Minnesota, where I worked alongside other agents to learn the ropes and helped with showings and appointments they couldn’t attend. I’m now in the process of getting my Tennessee real estate license (fortunately, I only need to complete the state portion!).

My main interests right now are buy-and-hold, BRRRR, flipping, and multifamily investing.

I’m looking to connect with investors, agents, lenders, and property managers who are active in the Nashville area. If anyone has tips on great local meetups, neighborhoods to watch, or just wants to grab coffee and talk shop, I’d love to connect!

Looking forward to meeting some of you and getting involved in the community!
