New dude in Tacoma, Washington

I'm moving to Tacoma, Washington in about three months. I'll be with my current job for a year, but will have plenty of free time to delve full time into REI. I plan to buy and hold (MFH and SFH) and have the funding, and life experience to be able to get this going and enjoy myself being a dirtbag rock climber.
