Late Starter - 1st property

Late starter, but excited to announce the acquisition of my first property.  It's been on the market for one week with 4 applications.  I've even been hit with my first ESA question as well.  I am grateful for the foundational support from the Bigger Pockets community. Reading through the forum posts about mistakes, pitfalls to avoid, and of course the wins helped me move toward action!  

And a big shout out to Ashley and Tony with the Real Estate Rookie podcast!  It's a staple when I'm working out or in the car.
