New to the Tacoma/Seattle Area

Hello everyone!

Just moved from San Diego, CA and am ready to get started on my real estate journey here in the pacific north west. My plans are to buy fixer up SFH & MFH and clean them up than rent them out. I have read a number of books, visited websites, and watched a ton of videos I have been studying real estate for the past year and believe it is time for me to dive in and the Tacoma/Seattle area looks to be a great place to start. If anyone can help me get started in the right direction that would be great or provide some tips and resources.
