Looking for a mentor who can help me understand what I am trying to do.  want to start with buying some land, building some multifamily homes, and renting them out. But I'm unsure how to start the process or what the process is. Any help would be appreciated, and a mentor would be even more appreciated.

@Eric Hager

hello.  can you start with a house hack instead?  ground-up development seems like a difficult way to begin.
